Russia Not Discussing Issue of Exchange of Prisoners With US Publicly - Kremlin

MOSCOW (Sputnik) - Russia is not engaged in public discussions when it comes to the exchange of prisoners with the United States, Kremlin spokesman Dmitry Peskov told Sputnik on Wednesday when asked about new US proposal to exchange WSJ reporter Evan Gershkovich and former US Marine Paul Whelan.
