Russia Respects Right of Central Asian Nations to Develop Ties With Europe

MOSCOW (Sputnik) - Russia respects the right of Central Asian nations to develop their ties with Europe, but they should understand the "vested interest of Western leaders," Alexander Sternik, the director of the Third Department of the Commonwealth of Independent States of the Russian Foreign Ministry, has told Sputnik.
