Taking control over the important Donbass transport hub of Artemovsk (Bakhmut) in Russia’s special military operation on May 20 is a sign of a crucial turning point along the dividing line between the Kiev regime and Moscow, Retired US Air Force Lt. Col. Karen Kwiatkowski told Sputnik.
