Russia Seeks to Reconnect Afgan Banks to SWIFT Payment System

MOSCOW (Sputnik) - Russia seeks Afghanistan to be reconnected to the SWIFT global payment system, Russian Special Presidential Representative for Afghanistan Zamir Kabulov said.
