Russia to Target FrankenSAM Production in Ukraine as Soon as It's Up and Running

Washington has announced the transfer of technical documentation for the localization of production of arms from the FrankenSAM program – the air defense ‘Frankenstein’s monster’ created by combining Western missiles with Ukraine’s Soviet-era launchers and radars.
