Russian Foreign Ministry Links Dagestan Unrest to Planned Provocation from Abroad

MOSCOW (Sputnik) — The mass unrest witnessed in Dagestan was the result of a planned provocation executed with the help of forces from outside Russia, Foreign Ministry spokeswoman Maria Zakharova has said.
