Radiological, Chemical and Biological Defense Forces Day is celebrated every year on 13 November in accordance with the Decree of the President of the Russian Federation dated 31 May 2006 'On Establishing Professional Holidays and Memorial Days in the Armed Forces of the Russian Federation'.
