Seoul Says N. Korea Will Never Be Officially Recognized as Nuclear-Weapon State

MOSCOW (Sputnik) - North Korea will never be officially recognized as a nuclear-weapon state, with international sanctions expanding against Pyongyang if it continues to pursue nuclear arms, the South Korean Foreign Ministry said on Sunday.
