Sony Raises PlayStation 5, PlayStation 5 Pro and PlayStation Portal Prices Globally

Sony has announced a global price increase for the PlayStation 5 lineup and PlayStation Portal, citing economic pressures. The revised prices will take effect from April 2. In the US, the PS5 now costs $649.99 (roughly Rs. 61,700), while the Digital Edition and PS5 Pro are priced at $599.99 (roughly Rs. 56,900) and $899.99 (roughly Rs. 85,400), respectively. The PlayStation Portal will cost $249.99 (roughly Rs. 23,700). Similar price hikes apply across the UK, Europe, and Japan.
