Sudanese Army General Open to Talks With Rival Paramilitary Leader – South Sudan

DOHA (Sputnik) - Sudan's army chief Abdel Fattah Burhan has agreed to speak with the rebel paramilitary commander, Mohamed Hamdan Daglo, the acting foreign minister of South Sudan said Wednesday.
