Terrorists Planning Staged 'Chemical Attack' in Syria, Russian Military Says

The military added that for a month they received information from various sources about the terrorist group Hayat Tahrir Al-Sham preparing provocations with the use of poisonous substances in the southern part of the Idlib de-escalation zone.
