Three of our children were killed by drunk driver but we forgave him – now we are expecting our seventh child

A COUPLE have forgiven the drunk driver who killed three of their children – and revealed they are expecting another baby. Leila and Danny Abdallah tragically lost two daughters and son on February 1 2020 when a 4×4 ploughed into the group of youngsters in western Sydney suburb Oatlands, Australia. Their cousin Veronique Sakr, 11, was also killed in the horror crash. The husband and wife have publicly forgiven the drugged and drunk driver who robbed them of the three children. Together they launched i4Give Day on February 1 this year to urge others to find someone to forgive as they did. They said: “Our four children are now our four saints and this day is for them. On Wednesday, Leila announced on Instagram she was pregnant. “God blessed us with a gift from above,” the 37-year-old said with two praying hands emojis. ‘A NEW LIFE’ Leilia and Danny say the new arrival of another baby marks the a new beginning for their family. “We dare to dream again,” she told the Daily Telegraph. “My children prayed they could have another brother or sister.” “This is a new life, a new beginning for the kids, it has given them a new purpose in life.” On Thursday morning she shared a series of photos with her children to Facebook. “My princess and inspiration Liana. Love you so much,” she wrote. “You are going to be an amazing big sister.” The man who killed the four children was found to be driving erratically and speeding drunk and on drugs when he lost control of his vehicle. Samuel William Davidson, 31, was sentenced to 28 years in prison but plans to appeal the sentence.
