LONDON (Sputnik) – The United Kingdom's inflation rate jumped to 5.4% in 2021, its highest level in the last 30 years, pushed mainly by soaring prices in the food, furniture and clothing sectors, the Office for National Statistics (ONS) reported on Wednesday.
