UKRAINIAN operatives have captured a senior Russian oligarch and close pal of Vladimir Putin chilling named ‘the prince of darkness’. Viktor Medvedchuk, 67, was snatched in a covert raid by spooks from Ukraine’s security service, the SBU, on Tuesday.
