VLADIMIR Putin’s evil puppet has claimed Russia’s missile strikes were “right on target” in a sick boast. A wave of missile struck multiple Ukrainian cities during the early hours of the morning, including Kyiv where official say 11 explosions rocked the capital. Russia’s ministry of defence published a post on the Telegram app just a few hours after the attacks. The words translate to “right on target”.
