RUSSIA launched a fresh wave of strikes at Ukraine’s capital in the early hours of this morning. Russia directed approximately 15 missile strikes at Kyiv this morning, with Ukraine’s defence systems shooting all of them out of the sky. The Kremlin separately launched 26 missiles at Ukraine overnight, the country’s military confirmed this morning. The attacks came ahead of Russia’s Victory Day today, where Vladimir Putin will remind his people of when Soviet Russia won over Nazi Germany during the military parade taking place in Moscow‘s Red Square.
