THE UN nuclear chief has warned Ukraine is “living on borrowed time” after a Russian mine exploded near a reactor at the Zaporizhzhia nuclear power plant. Rafael Grossi, head of the International Atomic Energy Agency, warned of a Chornobyl-style disaster in Ukraine if Putin’s forces continue their occupation of the plant. Reacting to the news that a mine exploded just meters from a nuclear reactor, Grossi chillingly warned: “We are living on borrowed time.” This comes as US Attorney General Merrick Garland confirmed officers arrested Jack Teixeira in connection with its probe into the file leak after the Air National Guardsman “deliberately violated guidelines”.
