Ukraine's Counteroffensive Fails in All Directions - Shoigu

MOSCOW (Sputnik) - Russian Defense Minister Sergey Shoigu said on Monday that the ongoing Ukrainian counteroffensive has not reached its goals in any of the directions of the military campaign.
