Ukraine ‘tries to ASSASSINATE Putin with kamikaze drone strikes on the Kremlin’ as smoke seen billowing from fortress’

RUSSIA has accused Ukraine of trying to assassinate Vladimir Putin with a drone strike. Authorities in Moscow claim two unmanned aerial vehicles were aimed at the Kremlin. Footage appears to show smoke rising over the Kremlin Footage circulating on social media appears to show smoke rising over the Kremlin following the alleged attack. The Kremlin said it considered the attack to be a “planned terrorist action”, RIA reported. It said two drones had been used in the alleged attack, but had been disabled by Russian defences. Putin was not in the fortress at the time of the alleged incident, the Kremlin said.
