Ukrainian Justice Minister Proposes Giving Weapons, Shovels to Mobilized Prisoners

MOSCOW (Sputnik) - Ukrainian Justice Minister Denys Maliuska on Sunday proposed giving prisoners weapons and shovels when they are mobilized to the Ukrainian armed forces.
