UN chief calls on juntas in Burkina Faso, Guinea, Mali to hand power back to civilians

UN chief Antonio Guterres called Sunday for the military juntas in Burkina Faso, Guinea and Mali to ensure a swift return to civilian rule and reminded the world to deliver on "climate emergency" promises.
