US Building Oil Refinery in Syria's Hasaka, Reports Say

MOSCOW (Sputnik) - The United States and the Syrian Democratic Forces (SDF) have launched the construction of an oil refinery in Hasaka province in northeastern Syria, state news agency SANA reported Sunday.
