WASHINGTON (Sputnik) - The US Coast Guard said on Monday it is seeking to determine the source of an oil discharge near a Main Pass Oil Gathering (MPOG) underwater pipeline in the Gulf of Mexico, where 1.1 million gallons of crude oil were potentially released.
