US Federal Reserve Blames Itself, Bad Management for SVB Collapse

On March 10, US federal regulators took control of Silicon Valley Bank (SVB) and shortly after seized control of Signature Bank after both banks failed to maintain enough liquidity to honor customer withdrawals.
