US Justice Dept. Says Investigating Alleged Abuse at Texas Juvenile Detention Centers

WASHINGTON (Sputnik) - The US Department of Justice said on Wednesday it opened an investigation into alleged abuses at five juvenile detention centers in the state of Texas.
