US Special Representative for North Korea Urges China to 'Influence' Pyongyang

MOSCOW (Sputnik) - The United States is calling on Beijing to use its influence on North Korea to encourage Pyongyang to return to the negotiating table, US Special Representative for North Korea Sung Kim said on Sunday, adding that North Korea’s actions in the region would have "consequences."
