NATO countries have pledged dozens of F-16 fighter jets to Ukraine starting in 2024 and 2025. The Russian military has prepared for this eventuality by fine-tuning its electronic warfare systems to target F-16s, and ramping up the production and fielding of anti-aircraft defenses.
