US Whipping Up Tension Around Abkhazia, South Ossetia - Russian Ambassador

WASHINGTON (Sputnik) - The United States is whipping up tension around Abkhazia and South Ossetia, and is not working on an agreement between Tbilisi, Sukhum and Tskhinval on the non-use of force, Russian Ambassador to Washington Anatoly Antonov said in a statement.
