Valencia fire: Horrifying moment 14-storey block is engulfed in flames as neighbours are left ‘trapped’ on balcony

RESIDENTS of a fifteen-storey building in Valencia fled for their lives as flames ravaged their home from the inside out. The building was the last to be built in the Spanish city during its real estate boom.
