West 'Encourages' Use of Weapons Supplied to Ukraine for 'Attacks on Russian Territory'

Earlier, speaking of the Kiev regime’s much-touted counteroffensive, Chairman of the US Joint Chiefs of Staff Gen. Mark Milley said that the Armed Forces of Ukraine were "very well prepared," as the US and its Western allies have been sending significant amounts of weaponry and ammunition to the country as part of their proxy war against Russia.
