West Supplying Cluster Munitions to Ukraine Would be Irresponsible

The US and other NATO member states have broken a series of pledges not to supply the Kiev regime with weapons capable of striking deep into Russia. Michael Maloof, former senior security policy analyst in the US Office of the Secretary of Defense, hoped his nation would not add cluster bombs to that growing list.
